Odessans Invest More in Real Estate
In May 2006, real estate deals in Odessa increased by 22% as compared to the same period of 2005. As previously, studios were bought most frequently; their monthly sales increased by 51%. Monthly sales of one- and two-bedroom apartments went up by 29 and 19% respectively. The most popular urban areas were Cheryomushki, Tairova and Bol'shoi Fontan.
Euro-2012 in Odessa?
Odessa may be included in the list of cities to host European football championship in 2012, informed Deputy Premier Minister of Ukraine Vyatcheslav Kirilenko. Ukraine had recently applied for hosting Euro-2012 together with Poland.
